Not Quite a Cabaret for Shia LaBeouf’s who was Arrested during
Intermission at Broadway’s “Cabaret”.
Shia LaBeouf was escorted out of Roundabout’s production of Cabaret at Studio 54 during the show’s intermission in handcuffs. LaBeouf, 28, star of The Transformers franchise was escorted from the New York theatre and Âarrested at intermission after being disruptive behaviour which included smoking inside the theatre and spanking star Alan Cumming on the bottom. Audience members on the scene described the actor as having been extremely disruptive throughout the entire first act of the show.
He refused to leave and then threatened the police officers as he was walked out, he then screamed at members of the public on the sidewalk. He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal. Its Sad to see another popular star on the slopes, just think about the last six months of Justin Bieber.
Shia has appeared in Hollywood Block Buster movie including Transformers, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, Wall Street : Money Never Sleeps, Lawless and Lars von Trier Nymphomaniac Vol 1 & 2. He was to make his Broadway Debut in 2013 revival of Orphans starring Alec Baldwin, Tom Sturridge, however Labeouf famously departed the play, saying he and Alec had “creative differences.” LaBeouf then took to Twitter to expound upon that and post e-mails from those involved. He was replaced by Ben Foster and the production ran until May of 2013.
