Plot
A government-funded program of top scientists with the task of creating the world’s first atomic bomb. Leo Szilard is the mastermind behind atomic power, but his heart has reservations. Ethics, scientific progress, and true love are tested as Leo discovers exactly what he’s capable of when someone believes in him.

Damien Gray – Direction & Musical Staging | Gray is known for developing new works. He created and directed the world premiere of Sladky Theresienstadt, which enjoyed an acclaimed two-year run at the Archa Theater in Prague and was chosen to open the Bonner Bienniale in Bonn, Germany and returned to create A Century of Lust based on the music of Nick Cave. Other commission highlights include an adaptation of the cult film Barbarella with Dave Stewart of the Eurhythmics for Live Nation and Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas, and the stage spectacular TWAS for Next Stage Entertainment.He has worked extensively in musical theater, including three seasons at the Sundance Theatre Institute directing productions of Cinderella, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and Oliver and the acclaimed Sundance revival of Gypsy staring Karan Mason. |
