Andrew Rannells Looking Hot as
Hedwig and the Angry Inch
Andrew Rannells takes over from Neil Patrick Harris on the 20th August 2014 at Broadway’s hit Hedwig and the angry inch. Andrew hangs up that youthful look from Book of Mormon and wears bright red lipstick, glittery blue eye shadow and thinly penciled on eyebrows, fishnet stockings and gets down and dirty with the Hedwig’s world tour punk rock score.
Andrew Scott Rannells is an American actor and singer best known for his work as Elder Price in the 2011 Broadway musical The Book of Mormon, which earned him a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical. As a featured soloist on the musical’s Original Broadway Cast Recording, he won the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. His other Broadway credits include Jersey Boys and Hairspray.
Neil Patrick Harris has been playing Hedwig since its first preview on Mar 29 2014 with the big opening night on April 22th 2014, and his last performance will be on the 17th August 2014. Neil did tweet this photo from his dressing room after the show, as you can see that its sure must take its toll, as he looks exhausted.
Hedwig is now booking until March 15 2015 at the Belasco Theatre Broadway
