The New London Theatre is a West End theatre located on the corner of Drury Lane and Parker Street in Covent Garden, in the London Borough of Camden. The Winter Garden Theatre formerly occupied the site until 1965. The modern theatre is built on the site of previous taverns and music hall theatres, where a place of entertainment has been located site since Elizabethan times.

THEATRE FACILITIES
Wheelchair Access
There are 2 wheelchair spaces in row N1 and N2 of the Stalls with companion seats directly in the row in front. Wheelchair transfer is only available to seat N3 of the Stalls. Wheelchair access is via a goods lift to the first level and then a quick transfer to a second lift. Please note the width of the second lift door is 70 cm (27.5″) wide (depth 83cm – 36.2″) and will not accommodate many sizes of wheelchair especially most electric wheelchairs or scooters. Most people with wider wheelchairs will need to temporarily transfer to a small house wheelchair to access the auditorium. We strongly advise you to check the measurements of the wheelchair before booking, especially if you are unable to transfer to the house wheelchair. There is an accessible toilet in the Stalls for wheelchair users next to row N of the Stalls.

Hearing
The theatre uses the Sennheiser infra-red headset system and 20 headsets are available from the front of house staff in main foyer. These headsets are for people who are hard of hearing but please note there is no induction loop system in the auditorium. 2 necklace type hearing systems are available for people who use a hearing aid. There is an induction loop at the Box Office to assist hearing aid users when booking tickets. For further information regarding hearing systems, please call the theatre stage door on 0207 242 9802.
Guide Dogs
The theatre management are happy to look after your Guide/Hearing dog during the performance. Please approach a member of the front of house team when you arrive at the theatre and they will make the necessary arrangements.
